HRI-US invites university research groups to partner with us and gain access to our advanced, dexterous robotic hand and its digital twin software package so that we can advance fundamental research in this area together.

We are seeking project proposals that push beyond current capabilities in manipulation, multimodal sensing, shared autonomy, teleoperation, avatar robotics, and related domains that accelerate Honda’s long-term vision for safe and intelligent mobility.

Selected partner university researchers will collaborate directly with HRI-US researchers and contribute to any of publications, experiments, or prototypes that will help shape the future of applied robotics.
