Making human and machine interaction closer not only physically but also biologically is core technology to achieve the society where they work in harmony. The technical challenge is to integrate various necessary components such as heart rate sensor, motion sensor, and energy source on a human body. We are tackling this problem by creating “smart textile” made out of our cutting edge materials such as carbon nanotube yarn, nanoparticle ink. This interactive garment makes possible such sensors in our daily activities such as driving, walking, corporation with robot, etc.
