Project Goals

We are developing a real-time system that detects, recognizes and tracks traffic participants such as pedestrians, bicyclists and cars. We use a sensor-fusion system that collects data from multiple cameras, lidars and a differential GPS unit installed on a vehicle. We extensively utilize GPGPU technologies to reach to real-time performance which is a ​vital requirement for a ADAS system.
